My black and white photography of England is a quiet exploration of place, history, and atmosphere. Travelling through cities, coastlines, and countryside, Iām drawn to locations that hold a sense of time, places where the past still lingers in the landscape.
Working in monochrome allows these scenes to feel timeless. Fog rolling around a castle, harsh coastal light cutting across the sea, or the stark silhouettes of the Maunsell Forts standing alone off the coast, without colour, the focus shifts to mood, texture, and form.
